10 Minute Workout to Lose Belly Fat
1. Hula Hoop
Get a cheap $3 hula hoop. Now all you do is hula hoop for 3 minutes. Ten minutes would be better, but 3 minutes is all you need for this routine. This exercise is great for creating a nice, soft, feminine toned look to the whole waist and hips areas for women.
2. Hindu Squats
Hindu squats are a no weights version of squats. What you do is squat up and down as fast as possible to create a huge oxygen deficit within the body. This forces the body to scavenge for quick energy... and it does that by burning off bodyfat right away.
The best way to do this exercise is to do 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes. One last thing, be sure to swipe or touch your finger tips to the ground with each repetition to insure you went down far enough.
3. Spinning around like little kids
This "next generation" exercise will be hot within a year or two because it gets fast weight loss results. What you do is spin around in a circle with your arms out like airplane wings. You do between 5-15 repetitions to start out with to determine when you get slightly dizzy.
Whatever number of spins it takes to get slightly dizzy, take that number and do another 7 sets of spins for a total of 8 sets of spins each day. Quick note... you don't have to do all 8 sets of spins one after another. You can spread them out throughout the day since they only take 15 seconds each.
Now, the reason why this exercise is so great for weight loss is because it stimulates the Endocrine System to release a balanced amount of hormones... what it should be doing already. But for most people, their hormones are out of whack and totally unbalanced due to the air, water, foods, and other products they're exposed to.
